These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and cyl8 ("Platform"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the website, mobile application, and services provided by cyl8.

Continued use of this platform following any amendments to the Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. cyl8 reserves the right to update this document at any time, and notification will be provided via the platform or your registered email.

To register and use the cyl8 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Having full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not appearing on any exclusion or restriction list established by cyl8.
• Registering with information that is true, accurate, and up to date.
• Not representing any third party when registering or playing.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one registered account at cyl8. Duplicate or multiple accounts will be closed and any balance within them may be forfeited. If you suspect a duplicate account has been opened in your name without authorization, please contact our customer support immediately.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs within your account. This includes keeping your password and login details confidential from any third parties.

• Use a strong, unique password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.
• Do not log in using unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Report any suspicious activity to the cyl8 support team immediately.

Cyl8 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access caused by a member's own negligence in safeguarding their account credentials.

Cyl8 accepts deposits via a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX bank transfer, TNG eWallet, GrabPay, and other local e-wallet options. All deposits are processed automatically within seconds upon payment confirmation.

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 for most payment methods.
• Daily deposit limits can be adjusted from your account settings.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the same member's name.
• Cyl8 does not accept deposits from third parties or another person's bank account.

• The Welcome Bonus may only be claimed once per new member.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred to other members or directly converted to cash.
• Bets placed using bonus funds do not count towards the cashback programme or certain VIP offers unless otherwise stated.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified except under specifically defined circumstances.
• Cyl8 reserves the right to void or adjust bets in the event of a technical error, incorrect odds, or match manipulation.
• Bets placed after an event has ended will be automatically voided.
• Any attempt to exploit live stream delays or odds errors will result in the cancellation of the bets concerned.
• Official results announced by the relevant sports body are final for the purpose of settling bets at cyl8.

Cyl8 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of fraud, misconduct, or irresponsible behaviour on the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Registering more than one account for the purpose of obtaining multiple bonuses.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to place bets.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the system.
• Transferring funds derived from illegal activities through the platform (money laundering).
• Fraudulently circumventing the KYC process by submitting false documents or inaccurate information.
• Hacking attempts, cyberattacks, or any effort to compromise platform security.

Cyl8 cooperates fully with authorities in investigations involving illegal activity. All confirmed fraud cases will be reported to the relevant parties, and the accounts involved will be closed immediately without any compensation.

• Valid balances in accounts terminated for non-fraud-related reasons will be returned after the investigation is complete.
• Accounts involved in fraud or illegal activity will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.
• Members may request voluntary account closure at any time through cyl8 customer support.

The cyl8 platform is provided "as is" without any implied warranties except as expressly stated in this document. cyl8 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors or interruptions.

• Cyl8 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Technical disruptions arising from outside cyl8's control — including ISP failures, banking outages, or natural disasters — are not the platform's liability.
• Betting outcomes placed during system disruptions may be reviewed and settled based on available system records.
• Cyl8's maximum liability to any member is limited to the member's net deposit amount in the 30 days preceding the claim.
